Everyone wants to be #1 in their respective field, and this is the most widely used vision statement for most organizations. However, that’s not the vision of Innova IPA. Our vision is to disrupt the current senior based Independent Physician Association environment by providing a collective platform in which Primary Care Providers are in a more equitable position financially and to provide many cost saving channels and resources needed to run a successful practice. We strongly feel that rewards and benefits of our innovative structure can provide a much better means for our PCPs to deliver better care to our seniors, which can lead to a true “WIN, WIN” healthcare environment.
